Beverly Hills prestigious, plastic surgeon, Davis B. Nguyen hosted a glamorous gala fundraiser to benefit Much Love Animal Rescue. Dr. Nguyen is dedicated to "making over" humans and now extends his generous spirit and talent to this annual charity event featuring a silent auction, cocktails, and a tribute to a celebrity honoree.
This year's "Golden Heart" award went to Television personality, Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser) and I was anxious to find out if Ms. Michaels had any plans to host a "Biggest Loser" for the canine population. The Health and Wellness expert expressed interest in the idea and in fact had worked with Hills Dog Food on a weight loss campaign. She added that if Caesar Milan would partner with her, it would be a great idea!
Rescue pups from Much Love Animal Rescue were the guests of honor-available for adoption. Much Love has placed more than 3000 abused or neglected animals into loving homes in Los Angeles.

The very elegant affair, held at the posh and uber pet-friendly Peninsula Hotel, was expected to raise over $30,000.
